New York Electronic Art Festival
June 28Presented by Harvestworks
Focusing on exciting interdisciplinary artists and work that display technological virtuosity, the New York Electronic Art Festival showcases cutting-edge electronic art. Technology can play a role that is both daunting and exhilarating, and the 2015 edition of the Festival was programmed with this in mind. Harvestworks has organized this year’s festival around the theme of “Plausible Worlds,” a challenge to artists to define their relationship to art and technology and, through this, explore the limits of human agency and imagination. –Carol Parkinson, Harvestworks.
