Nina Paley was called a “one-woman Pixar” by Wired magazine for this dazzling multicultural reworking of the Indian epic Ramayana as a series of love stories depicted with a mix of traditional and collage animation, backed by a soundtrack from 1920s jazz singer Annette Hanshaw.
Tickets are included with paid Museum admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Members at the Film Lover level and above may reserve tickets in advance.
