Olivier Assayas (Best Director, 2016 Cannes Film Festival) reteams with Kristen Stewart (Clouds of Sils Maria) for this stylish and cinematically singular supernatural thriller. Maureen is a young American in Paris who works as a personal shopper for a demanding celebrity. She is also a medium, like her recently deceased brother, whom she is preoccupied with contacting from the beyond. When she starts receiving mysterious text messages from an unknown source, she is uncertain if they are coming from her brother or from a less benevolent correspondent.
