In this craft workshop, children will build their own jellyfish puppets using bright colored paper, cups, and ribbon. Participants will learn fun facts about the different species of jellyfish, what they eat, and their behavior and learn how to make their puppets move and “swim” as they do in the ocean. Led by Brooklyn Puppet Conspiracy, this family workshop is designed to inspire imagination using simple items that can be found around the house or very inexpensively at local craft or discount stores. Best for kids 4-10 with adult companions. Approximately 1 hour.
